Unique I-CHIP Design
The I-CHIP functions similarly to a SIM card. Information and settings can be transferred between transmitters without the hassle of resetting the spares.

Full System Compatibility
The software and hardware are fully compatible regardless of model type, minimizing spare parts inventory.

Reliable Pushbuttons
The in-house designed pushbuttons have gold plated contacts and are rated for more than one million press cycles. The defined snap-action steps provide positive tactile feedback even wearing gloves.

Low Power Consumption & Versatility
The transmitter requires only two "AA" alkaline batteries with more than 100 hours of operation. If rechargeable method is preferred, you can also opt for in-house designed rechargeable battery pack/charger kit, fully interchangeable.

Durable & Rugged Enclosures
All enclosures are made from industrial-strength nylon and fiberglass composite material. All housings meet the IP-66/ NEMA-4 requirements and are highly resistant to dirt, liquid, acid, alkali, grease and oil penetration.

Abundant Programmable Functions
Each system is equipped with more than 200 user-programmable functions to suit all types of applications. Custom functions can also be added upon request.

Pitch & Catch Operation
This standard-equipped function allows two operators controlling from opposite ends of a crane or equipment.

Channel Programming via Pushbuttons
Frequency channels can be reprogrammed directly via transmitter pushbuttons.

Rechargeable Options
The transmitter accepts both regular “AA” alkaline batteries or in-house designed 1000mAh Ni-MH rechargeable battery pack.

Tandem Operation
This function allows two operators controlling two cranes at the same time via a 3-stage A/B/A+B rotary select switch.

Random Access Operation
This function allows three operators randomly controlling three cranes on a first come - first served basis.

Multiple Receivers Operation
This function allows one operator controlling up to ten receivers or equipment at the same time.

Prewired Output Cable
A prewired output cable is standard equipment on all Flex ES/EX models.

The Flex ES/EX systems are fully tested and certified in accordance with the FCC Part-15 Rules and EU Safety Standards such as the EN 304 489-1&3, EN 300 220-1&2, EN 60950, EN 60529, EN 13849-1 Category PLd, etc...
